Snapdeal to offer a wide range of Miniso products on its platform

E-commerce marketplace Snapdeal has launched over 150 products of the popular Japanese low-cost brand, Miniso on its platform. The website is offering a large range of products from the brand, ranging from beauty, home decor, home furnishing and stationery to fashion and mobile accessories.
Miniso products are priced between Rs. 190 and Rs. 790 on Snapdeal. In partnership with the Japanese retailer, Snapdeal has expanded the selection of value-priced international brands available on its portal.

“Our merchandising strategy is focused on offering good quality merchandise for the value-conscious Indian consumers. We are very excited to bring Miniso’s cost-efficient products on our platform,” said a Snapdeal spokesperson.
Customers buying Miniso products on Snapdeal will get an additional 15 per cent instant discount on using Bank of Baroda credit cards, 15 per cent cashback on Citibank cards and 5 per cent instant discount on Snapdeal HDFC Bank credit cards.
Miniso has also partnered with B2B e-commerce portal Achhakart, for its online foray, nearly two years after its India entry. The retailer has also invested Rs. 5 crore for a small stake in Achhakart which will now be responsible for supplying the retailer’s goods to online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal and Paytm Mall.
“Snapdeal’s core strength lies in serving customers in Tier-II and -III markets. This will help us reach more customers deep in India,” said Siddharth Venkataraman, CEO, Acchakart.
